Influence readiness Scorecard

This tool uses several categories to assess your ability to influence. Once you have completed the set of questions provided, you will be able to calculate your Influence Readiness Score. This score is meant to determine whether or not you are prepared to influence your key stakeholder(s).

This scorecard can be reused throughout your Influence journey to demonstrate your level of improvement over time.
