Women’s Business Enterprise Certified
Part of the catalyst for starting Ocean Beach Consulting was our own experience being women in the corporate world. Our struggles to be heard and acknowledged helped form our Breaking Thru Bias program. True to our pursuit of empowering unheard individuals, we got our WBE certification to help us advance our opportunities, but also to lead by example. In addition, companies are putting a stake in the ground promising to use WBC certified suppliers, which will help close the gender equity gap. Being part of the organization aligns us with allies and furthers our message of inclusion, acceptance, and inspiration.
